To add a business account as a stream, navigate to the Social Marketing app and click Add a Stream. This action opens a pop-up window where you can link a new business account from:

  • 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸
  • 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺
  • 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗜𝗻
  • 𝗧𝘄𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿
  • 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗧𝘂𝗯𝗲

Once you select a platform, Odoo redirects you to the respective social media authorization page. After granting permission, Odoo automatically integrates the account into the 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱, displaying posts and engagement metrics in a new column. You can add multiple streams at any time to enhance monitoring and engagement.

Another way to connect social media accounts to Odoo is through the 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗲:

  • Navigate to 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗽𝗽 → 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 → 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮.

 

  • Here, you’ll find a list of all available platforms, each with a “𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁” button.

 

  • Select the desired platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, or Push Notifications) and authorize access.

  • This page displays essential details such as:
